How to reorder pages
- Choose or drop one PDF.
- Use the ↑ and ↓ buttons next to each page to set the new order, or select Reverse order to flip the whole document.
- Select Reorder pages and download the new PDF. Your original file is not changed.
When reordering helps
Phone scans and multi-page photocopies often come out with pages in the wrong order — the back of a certificate before the front, or a batch of statements shuffled. Putting them right before you upload to ImmiAccount, Centrelink or Child Support makes the file easier for staff to read and reduces the chance that a page looks missing. See our guides for ImmiAccount, myGov and Centrelink and Child Support.
Quality and privacy
Pages are copied into a new document by the open-source pdf-lib library, running in this browser tab. Text stays selectable, image quality is unchanged and the PDF is never uploaded. Form fields and bookmarks may not carry over. Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked first.

Questions
- Does reordering change the quality?
- No. Pages are copied as they are, so text, images and layout stay the same.
- Is my PDF uploaded anywhere?
- No. Reordering runs inside your browser and the file never leaves your device.
- What about password-protected PDFs?
- Remove the password in your PDF reader first, then reorder the unprotected copy.
