Contact FileKivo
FileKivo is a small independent website that offers free, browser-based file tools. We read every message, though replies can take a few days.

Reporting a problem with a tool
Please tell us which tool you used, your browser and device (for example "Chrome on Android" or "Safari on iPhone"), the file type and approximate size, and what you expected to happen. Please do not email us the file itself, especially identity documents, payslips or medical records. FileKivo is designed so that we never need to see your files.
Suggesting a tool or a guide
If an Australian government or business upload form keeps rejecting your files, tell us the name of the form and the error. If the rules are published on an official site, we may add a guide or a preset for it.
Corrections
Our Australian form guides link to official .gov.au sources and show when they were last checked. If a rule has changed, send us the official link and we will update the guide.
